With reference to Mr Fairlies comments in the PA this week, yes I'm sure that there are indeed some very good restaurants in the mid market high end range. Unfortunately the majority of Perthshire residents don't earn the sort of income that would enable them to frequent these establishments.
You are once again missing the point we are making here and that is - why are so many businesses going under or struggling in Perth City centre? Please do try and work it out and let us know!
Is there some sort of pattern emerging here?
